2012 Porsche 911 Coupe And Convertible Completely Undisguised: Spy Shots

by Ionut Dragomir

Today we presented you the very first pictures of the 2013 Porsche 911 Turbo Convertible. At the end of that article we promised you that we’ll soon reveal some new spy shots with 911 Coupe almost without cammo. Well, we keep our word and present you the latest photos of the new Porsche 911 Convertible, which shows its face in light cammo and with its top down. These are not the only pictures for today because we also have some photos of the 911 Coupe.

These latest spy pictures helps us to get a clearer look at both the regular coupe and convertible models of the 911 series undisguised.

From these photos we can see the result of Porsche’s engineers work. They have retained the fake surrounds on the headlamps and taillights to confuse us on the appearance of the 991.

The new Porsche 911 is a bit larger than its predecessor and that the entry-level Carrera gets a new 3.4-liter flat-six with around 350-horses while the sportier Carrera S features a 3.8-liter unit delivering about 400 ponies. Both models will be available with a new 7-speed manual gearbox or an optional PDK double-clutch automatic transmission.

Prices:
– will probably be slightly bigger comparing with the current models prices, which are around $80,000
