2013 Chrysler 300 Glacier Edition launched

Chrysler recently made public about its plans to offer a 300 Glacier Edition and the company has done so by disclosing new details about the model.

Developed on the lines of 300S, the Glacier is distinguished by gloss black mirrors, black chrome accents and unique 19-inch aluminum wheels. Also on the cards is a gloss black roof and an exclusive Glacier Blue Pearl exterior which can be ordered separately.

Inside changes are restricted but the model comes perfectly equipped with leather / cloth sport seats, piano black trim and die-cast steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters. There’s also “matte carbon hydrographic” accents and special floor mats with an embroidered “Glacier” logo.

Speaking about engines, two engines are available: a 3.6-liter V6 with 300 hp (224 kW) and a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 with 363 hp (271 kW) Irrespective of which engine is selected, both send power to the ground through an all-wheel drive system.

The Chrysler 300 Glacier Edition is ready for bookings and price starts at $36,845 which excludes a $995 destination charge.
