2015 Subaru BRZ announced with minor updates, along with a special edition BRZ Series.Blue

Recently Toyota updated their GT86 2+2 coupe and now Subaru has unveiled their updated version of the joint-program – the 2015 BRZ.

New for the 2015 model year is a BRZ Series.Blue limited edition, that is limited to 1,000 cars in U.S.

The BRZ Series.Blue features STI-branded functional aerodynamic body design, black-painted STI-branded 17-inch wheels and unique interior trim.

500 will be painted WR Blue Pearl and 500 in Crystal White Pearl exclusively. Both models exclusibely with a 6-speed manual transmission.

The 2015 BRZ Blue.Series starts at $29,490.

For the 2015 model year the BRZ also gets revised suspension dampers and updated 4-wheel independent suspension. There are also 17-inch summer tires with 15-spoke dark gray-finished aluminum-alloy wheels.

All BRZ trims also receive larger stainless tailpipe tips, carbon-fiber center dash panel, and roof-mounted and body color shark fin antenna.

The BRZ Premium 6MT has a starting price of $25,695- a $100 increase compared to the 2014 model year.

There are no updates to the 2.0-liter boxer engine, which continues to deliver 200 horsepower.
