The CX-9 has joined the Mazda lineup in the 2006 design year, and hasn’t already been changed much since. The new crossover obtains its bases from the Mazda 6 car, and also its designing comes right from the same pens that brought you the new Miata as well as Mazda 3. It is among the much more expressive three-row SUVs we can name– its slicked-back greenhouse rests behind a long nose, and the wheels sit near to the edges, for a look that’s more grand tourer than family wagon.

Under the hood is the Mazda turbocharged four. It’s a 2.5-liter engine, with 250 horse power, coupled to a six-speed automatic and also either front- or all-wheel drive.

Various technologies fitted to the 2016 CX-9 consist of LED headlights, Mazda Connect infotainment as well as the i-ActivSense suite of electronic driver helps as well as safety features.

Rates hasn’t been revealed, yet the 2016 Mazda CX-9 goes on sale following spring.
