Audi teases mysterious model once again, most likely the S1

by SpeedLux

Audi has uploaded yet another teaser clip of a mysterious model which will be officially revealed in the coming week.

We have to state that Audi isn’t teasing the third generation of the TT or a production version of the sport quattro concept because in the description of the teaser they mention that the car’s name contains a number. On the other hand it is not the S3 Cabriolet since the model that can be seen in the video appears to have a hard top while the A3 Cabriolet comes with a cloth roof.

Other noticeable features that can be noticed include a striking yellow paint, Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system and a six-speed manual transmission gearbox.

However we feel that the model is none other than the S1 which will reportedly be introduced next month in Geneva Motor Show alongside the facelifted A1. If not S1, the alternative model that would have to be is the RS3 but judging by one of the screenshots we took with the side profile, it seems to be too small for an A3-based model. So wait till further details or official confirmation is out about the mysterious model.
