BMW M5 Concept to make its debut at the Shanghai auto show

by Alex

The Geneva Motor Show which is just a few days to go is one of the most important events in the auto world. BMW have however deferred the unveiling of their BMW M5 concept version till April at the Shanghai Auto Show event. That event would also see the 6-Series Coupe model from BMW. The Frankfurt show scheduled in September would have the production model of the car.

Photos of the car rendered by some artists reveal what the exterior of the car would look like. For other features the car would have ceramic brakes that have never been used in BMW cars. This would provide additional braking power while producing less dust. The wear out process too would be minimal as well as being lightweight. The Porsche GT2 and the Nissan GT-R also use the same type of brakes.
