The media launch for the upcoming Avon Tyres British GT championship 2013 was held in South Kensington, London on March 7, 2013 wherein some of the cars were displayed which will take part in the championship.
The event showcased the race calendar and the Race formats with three weekends consisting of two 60 minutes races at Oulton Park, Snetterton and Zandvoort. Also there will be three enduro weekends consisting of one 120 minute race with refueling pit stops to be held at Rockingham, Brands Hatch and Donington Park. Last but not the least; Silverstone 500 will be a 180 minute endurance race with refueling pit stops at Silverstone in May 2013.
The media launch event featured things such as an Avon Tyres Double Decker Bus, a donated London Black Cab and Avon Tyres Promo Models.
The Avon Tyres British GT championship 2013 will start in the coming week ended March 30 and April 1.
