Cars UK bring us the news that the rumor of a more powerful version of the current Veyron has turned into reality. They have confirmed news that a Bugatti customer it seems has placed an order for the new model with the advance amount of €400k.

Only thirty units of the new Supersport car model of the Bugatti Veyron would be made. Each of the 30 units would carry a price tag of €1,650,000 which converts to $2 million at the current rates of conversion. The Veyron supercar after this production would go off the production line. Launch of the car would be done at Pebble Beach in August and deliveries to begin by end of the year.

The new Veyron Supersport car has a reduced weight of 30 kilos and boasts of pick up speeds of 0 to 60 mph in 2.2 seconds flat. This with its engine that produces 1200 hp. The customer who gave the information regarding booking the model has also revealed that there are a few external modifications too which has to be waited to be seen.
