Citroen DS4 Racing Concept – Ready for Geneva Motor Show

by Site Default

Citroen decided to make their DS4 series more hardcore, by releasing the DS4 concept. Since the design looks a lot more aggressive, and the power as well, this vehicle is likely to be one of the hot cars from this year’s Geneva event.

The new engine will be a 1.6-liter turbo that delivers 256 horsepower. If this car goes into production, it will set a new record: biggest power/liter ratio (160 horsepower/liter). It should be noted that the previous most powerful DS4 only brought 200 horsepower.

Because of the major increase in power, the performance is likely to go sky high. Citroen also announced that this performance will also come with a lot of environmentally friendliness. The CO2 emissions will be of only 155 g/km, a value which comes close to the emissions of a hybrid vehicle.

Sadly, this is everything there is to know so far on the Citroen DS4 Racing Concept. Citroen will release more information regarding the new DS4 at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show from next month.
