David Brown Automotive announces ‘Project Judi’ luxury sports car

by SpeedLux

British businessman David Brown has recently founded a new company which aims to refresh the classic British sports car for the 21st century.

Codenamed as “Project Judi“, the new luxury sports car is the work of David Brown and Alan Mobberley who until 2005 worked for Land Rover as chief designer for a period of 19 years. The car is being developed for production by Envisage Group and will be unveiled in April this year, followed by a limited production series.

Details about the car have not yet been disclosed but David Brown describes his new company as a “British luxury automotive brand” which has created a product that is capable of providing the impact and style of a classic sports car, but with modern capabilities and conveniences. Talking about its looks, it will be the result of combining a classically-inspired exterior design with the latest in performance, dynamics, technology, comfort and refinement.

Not much is known about the same as of now but we can expect that the same will be provided closer to the car’s launch scheduled for April.
