Dubai Police Show Off Supercar Collection with Fast and Furious Style Video

by SpeedLux

It is no longer a secret that the Dubai police actually possess a long list of supercars in their fleet. Now, the police in the Arabian country have come up with a cool video, which seems to be inspired by the Fast and Furious movie franchise, to show off those remarkable supercars in the fleet.

Paying attention to the video clip that comes from the Dubai police, it is actually pretty easy to tell how the producer follows the style of the world’s most popular car movie ever, the Fast and the Furious series. In the clip, viewers can see a wide array of high-end vehicle lineups, which consist of the Bentley Continental, Audi R8, Bugatti Veyron, McLaren MP4-12C, Nissan GT-R, Brabus B63S, BMW M6 Gran Coupe, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG and the Ferrari FF.

Although the clip may show only those cars mentioned above, truth is, however, the police in Dubai still have a lot of other supercars in their collection. Some examples here include the Lexus RC F, Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG, Chevrolet Camaro, the Ford Mustang by Roush edition, Lamborghini Aventador, Aston Martin One-77 and the Renault Twizy. Needless to say, the latter must be the most earthly vehicle in the Dubai police fleet.

As you can see, nearly all the cars in the fleet actually come with a very high top speed limit and most of them take barely several seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h. Yet, as fast as they are, these cars are not likely to get involved in pursuing and catching the bad guys in Dubai, it seems. Thing is, they are mostly a 2-seater vehicle and as such, there is no spot for the bad guy to be taken into custody in any of these supercars. Therefore, the Dubai police will simply use the cars to amaze tourists at important tourist resorts in the city.
