Ford CEO Mark Fields compensation increased 8 percent in 2016

Ford Motor CEO Mark Fields’ salary, bonus and stock awards increased 8 percent to around $18.8 million in last year, a year in which the automaker’s full-year pre-tax profit dropped slightly from the previous year’s record high, the company stated.

Including pensions and bonuses, Fields made $22.1 million, rise of nearly 19 percent from $18.6 million. His pension award almost $2 million higher in last year than in the previous year.
