Audi has announced plans to introduce the RS5 Cabriolet and R8 facelift at the Detroit Auto Show.

Firstly, the 2014 R8 features revised styling with new LED headlights, a hexagonal grille and restyled side mirrors.

Under the hood, the entry-level model has a 4.2-liter FSI V8 engine that develops 430 HP (316 kW) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque. The car accelerates from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds and has a top speed of 186 mph (299 km/h).

Further, the R8 V10 has a 5.2-liter FSI V10 engine with 525 HP (386 kW) and 530 Nm (391 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the model to run from 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds, before topping out at 195 mph (314 km/h).

The R8 V10 Plus also has a 5.2-liter FSI V10 engine but it has been tuned to produce 550 HP (404 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. Due to extra power and additional lightweight components, the model accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 196 mph (315 km/h).

Moreover, the RS5 Cabriolet has a 4.2-liter FSI V8 engine that produces 450 HP (331 kW) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the 4,420 lbs (2,005 kg) vehicle to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.9 seconds and hit a top speed of 174 mph (280 km/h).
