Lamborghini Veneno Roadster presented on aircraft carrier in UAE

by SpeedLux

A Lamborghini Veneno Roadster was transported to UAE in an Italian military aircraft carrier so that it could be presented in a special presentation event.

It would take a very expensive presentation to match the exclusivity of a super car such as the Veneno Roadster and Lamborghini pulled out all the stops during the showcasing of its latest product in UAE. This Veneno Roadster in red exterior paint was transported in an Italian military aircraft carrier and was presented in a ceremony that also included exhibitions of some important historic moments of the Italian supercar maker.

Just to recap, the model will be built in a limited series of just nine units, and each carrying a mind boggling price tag of 3.3M EUR. At its heart is a 6.5-liter V12 mill outputting an awesome 750 HP (552 kW) to both axles with help from an ISR gearbox. This enables the roadster to achieve 62 mph (100 kmph) in just 2.9 seconds and can go on hit a top speed of 220 mph (355 kmph).

Lamborghini has plans of opening a new showroom in Abu Dhabi and they want to increase annual sales in UAE significantly from this year’s just 190+ cars to more than 1,000 units.
