Lexus LF-CC Concept to debut at Paris Motor Show

by SpeedLux

This is Lexus’s rumored concept car for the 2012 Paris Motor Show. It’s called the LF-CC, and its preview of the new IS sedan, as well as a premium coupe which Lexus says is coming in near future to compete against the upcoming BMW 4-Series. This car design is based on an evolution of the L-finesse design language which takes the spindle grille to the next level, this design takes its cues from the wild LF-LC and adapting them to a more realistic package.

Taking a close look at the Spindle grille, the grille has become more bold than other models, it takes a 3D form which features a deep and metal finishing surrounding, framed by the lip of the bonnet, to the deep lower spoiler and the projecting tips of the front wings.

The Styling done on the New Lexus LF-CC concept, puts the focus on the rear-wheels with this RWD model equipped with an all-new 2.5-liter 4-cylinder hybrid powertrain using both direct-injection and the Atkinson cycle. The Atkinson cycle engine is a type of internal combustion engine invented by James Atkinson in 1882 and is designed to provide efficiency at the expense of power density. The new engine will find its way into production soon and among the most striking features in the new Concept, we would like to mention the triple-projector-beam headlights and sculpted side mirrors which are just simply Wonderfull.

As for the interiors, it includes an upper Display Zone and lower Operate Zone. Putting much more focus on the driver, Lexus says the car will get a new shift lever with a low seating position, careful positioning of the pedals and a wide sports steering wheel.

As the Launch at Paris Motor Show is getting closer, stay tuned for exclusive updates on this Lexus LF-CC Concept and many other cars too.
