Lingenfelter LS9 Camaro SS does a quarter mile in just 9-second

by Alex

We all know about the Drag Racing and we all know that it follows the cubic inches so the money involved is also in cubic dollars, and this time round Lingenfelter LS9-powered 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS is going to take a heaping leap from both sides of the columns. And as we know greater the performance greater will be the expense involved in this, but this car has already seen performing, sprinting and delivering three 9 second quarter mile runs at the Muncie Drag way around this weekend.

The car sprinted in non ideal conditions in the race which were prevalent at the strip, with density taking a dip at the altitude of 3,600 feet, a temperature of 88 degree combined with 75 percent humidity added to the conditions prevailing there. If the condition were a bit better then the car would have easily been more sporty. But then it took 9.974 at 141.64 mph which is not that bad by any means.
