Magna Steyr MILA Coupic – First Look

by Site Default

Magna Steyr isn’t really a car manufacturer, but it is involved in the production of some of the most famous vehicles on the market, like the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, the Aston Martin Rapide or the MINI Countryman. The MILA Coupic concept is a car that combines three types of automobiles into a single one.

The first class this vehicle can be included into is the coupe SUV. That’s probably the most obvious character of this vehicle, as the exterior design gives the car a dynamic feel.

If only it were that simple… You can also classify the MILA Coupic as a sports pick-up or a life-style Cabrio. Well, we aren’t as satisfied with the Cabrio part as with the SUV (maybe it should have learnt more from the Range Rover Evoque, which we also covered a couple of weeks back). The rear seats can be electronically moved so that the trunk space increases, thus allowing the transportation of bicycles or other equipment, and giving this car the attribute of pick-up.

This is yet another vehicle that will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show. Sounds like this event is going to be very interesting as the MILA Coupic also announces to be – maybe that’s when we’ll find out what MILA means.
