Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series gets 800 HP from Domanig

by SpeedLux

The German tuners from Domanig have recently created an upgrade program based on the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series.

With focus was on the 6.3-liter V8 AMG engine which in stock configuration delivers an output of 631 HP (464 kW), Domanig has managed to increase the output of which now stands at an impressive 800 HP (588 kW). In addition, the super car was fitted with a KW suspension system featuring variant III adjustable dampers and a hydraulic lift system controllable through an iPhone app.

The SLS AMG Black Series was also fitted with glossy black 20-inch front alloy wheels fully wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires measuring 285/30 ZR20 and 21-inch rear wheels wrapped in 325/25 ZR21 rubbers.

Mercedes-Benz will discontinue the SLS in a few months and instead will introduce a smaller rear-wheel drive sportscar (codenamed “C190”) with a twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter developing an output in the region of 485 HP (357 kW) in the standard version and in excess of 500 HP (368 kW) in the Black Series derivative.

We have to say that the tuners have done fairly a good job but we will have to wait and see what the response it gets from the car lovers.
