Mercedes confirms first AMG Sport models for Detroit show

by SpeedLux

Affalterbach has affirmed that the initial two AMG Sport models will make a big appearance at the promising new Detroit Auto Show in January. In spite of the fact that its not saying which models will hit the stage, the teaser picture above recommends that one of them will be the new MLC hybrid roadster (or whatever it’ll be called under the new terminology), while the other is very nearly sure to be the new C450 AMG Sport vehicle.

The production of the AMG Sport line is a piece of the brand’s push to twofold its 2013 deals figures by 2017 to top in excess of 40,000 units for every year all around. With the AMG Sport line joining the standard AMG and AMG S models, the sub-brand is extensively growing its item portfolio to coddle more clients and plan, and will give Mercedes a vehicle reach to test Audi S models and the BMW M Performance.
