The luxury automotive brand from the land of Germany, Mercedes-Benz, has now made an official introduction of its so-called Night Package kit. This kit is designated for use on the company’s GLE Coupe vehicle lineups. Available at an extra cost, what can this Night Package can actually offer to customers?
Well, to begin with, the kit features plenty of black accents on the exterior of the vehicle. This may remind some car enthusiasts out there of the modification kit that Mercedes-Benz has also made available for the facelifted versions of the company’s CLS, C-Class and AMG GT vehicle lineups. The new kit for the GLE Coupe series gets inspiration from the AMG Line and it is available for a diverse range of vehicle models from the German company, even including the GLE 63 S Coupe, which sits at the top of the model range.
With this kit in place, customers will be treated with a black themed radiator front grille. Well, the black theme does not stop there, though. It is also visible on the underbody protections – which feature a glossy paint hue – both at the front and rear ends of the car. Customers purchasing the GLE 450 AMG 4MATIC as well as the GLE 63 trims are also going to receive chrome black exhaust pipes. Yet, as for customers going for trims other than the two mentioned just now, they are simply going to have their exhaust pipes finished in the simple chrome accent.
The Night Package kit will also equip the vehicle with tinted side and rear windows. Other components also noticeable on the vehicle include board trim strips, black surrounds for the car windows and side mirror caps painted in high gloss. Meanwhile, the AMG trims are to receive black wings both in the front and rear aprons. Also, the standard trims of the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe will benefit from 21-inch dual spoke alloy wheels whereas the AMG ones will be gifted with the more massive 22-inch rims.
