The car has an increased engine capacity: from 5.5l to 6.3 l, but uses the standard V12 found on the Mercedes-Benz S 600. The car has a custom air intake made to fit under the hood of the S-class, a new Brabus Niturbo System with high-performance turbochargers, four water intercoolers and a new stainless-steel performance exhausts with four tips. The engine is mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission with a high-performance limited-slip differential that takes the car from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.9 seconds and to a top speed electronically limited to 350 Km/h. For better stability Brabus has developed an electronic module that allows the Active Body Control suspension to lower the car by 0.6 inches.

The car also received a new body kit: a new front bumper with LEDs, a new front spoiler made from carbon fiber, aluminum front fenders, new side sills, a small lip spoiler on the trunk and a new air diffuser wrapped around the exhaust. The car also has Brabus Monoblock wheels with diametres ranging from 19 to 21 inches and Pirelli or Yokohama high-performance tires. The interior can pe personalized by the buyer to the last detail.
