Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus details SCG 003, teaser photo released

by SpeedLux

James Glickenhaus has recently disclosed more details about its latest project called the SCG 003.

Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus (SCG) was created by the same person behind the Ferrari Enzo-based P4/5 and the track-only P4/5 Competizione and now the company is in the process of preparing to launch a new model soon. Unlike the other two, the SCG 003 will be built from scratch with the design being developed by Goran Popovic from GranStudio, a company established by ex Pininfarina designer Lowie Vermeersch.

The vehicle will come equipped with a carbon fiber chassis and will reportedly have a weight of only 1,600 lbs (725 kg). The power will be derived from a twin-turbo V6 engine which will reportedly generate an output somewhere in the region of 500 hp (373 kW).

The SCG 003 will be showcased in March 2015 at the Geneva Motor Show and will also compete at the Nürburgring 24 Hours race later the same year.

From the photo, the model looks quite astonishing. We hope that the model will look the same or even better when the same is unveiled in 2015.
