Toyota have just launches TRD Pro Series for Tacoma

The long-term success of the Ford F-150 SVT Raptor and the Jeep Wrangler prove that cars with series off-road ability still have a location in this world of amorphous car-based crossovers.

Toyota determined to get in on the action with a series of off-road version launched at the 2014 Chicago Auto expo. The TRD Pro series cars are the latest edition of the Tacoma and Tundra pickups and 4Runner SUV with a small additional attitude.

The TRD Pro sequence arises from Toyota’s storied off-road racing heritage, with various successes in the grueling Baja 500 and 1000 stamina races. Born with this knowledge in the desert, Toyota’s terrain-conquering cars will assist series off-roaders go locations they not ever dreamed possible.
