Skoda has recently made an announced of its plans to introduce the Rapid Sport concept at the upcoming Wörthersee 2013.

The upcoming Skoda Rapid Sport concept is expected to be a particularly sporty version of the existing Skoda Rapid version. It would come with features such as a Corrida Red and Steel Gray exterior, large 19-inch alloy wheels, a front spoiler, revised side skirts and a baggy rear bumper. Other highlights of this model include carbon fiber trim and a dual exhaust system.

In terms of interiors, there is not much detail available but the company has confirmed that the model will have features such as Recaro seats, a sport steering wheel and illuminated door sill plates.

As informed by Skoda Chairman Prof. Dr. h.c. Winfried Vahland, the company has plans to put a decidedly dynamic and emotional version of their new compact sedan Rapid on display for the very first time along with the Skoda Rapid Sport.
