Mazda, Suzuki, Yamaha submit reports to Japan’s transport ministry

Mazda Motor Corp, Suzuki Motor Corp and Yamaha Motor have submitted reports to the transport ministry of Japan that they conducted improper fuel economy and emissions tests on their automobiles, the ministry stated on Thursday.

The findings were the outcome of internal investigations ordered at Japanese automakers by the ministry following improper testing at Subaru Corp and Nissan Motor.
