New BMW M5 due out 2013

by Alex

A new car from BMW and every car lover is all ears to know about it. BMW is planning a new sports car, the next M5 for the year 2013. The makers have promised to shell out a car meeting the highest standards.

The first look of the car will be visualized in the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. A production version is all set for a release a few months after the event.

With the new M5, what BMW is planning to do is totally remodel the car and bring out the best of it. The car is based on a brand new aluminum chassis with an extensive presence of Carbon-Filter. With the environmental pollution starting to become a concern, the makers have dropped the weight of the car and also are set to emit 25 percent less carbon dioxide. The car will also be a fuel efficient one running on minimal resources with the new V8 engine.

The car shares its engine with BMW X6 M, a twin turbo charged 4.4 liter V8 engine that is set to produce 555 hp power along with a torque of 680 Nm.
