German automaker BMW, which owns Mini and Rolls-Royce plants located in Britain, stated the country needs to pay attention to the views of worldwide business during Brexit talks, with continued tariff-free access to Europe of essential significance.
“As a significant investor and company in the UK, the BMW Group securely believes the government should take the issues of worldwide business into account,” a spokesperson said.
“Not just open market but also cross-border employment opportunities and unified, internationally applied policies are of proven advantage to company, the economy and people.”
