The 2nd advertising campaign has been created in partnership with superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Ford’s Customer Service Division. Ford and Johnson developed compelling content to highlight the 35,000 members of Ford’s service group.
“We are thrilled to have Dwayne Johnson return as our Ambassador of Service,” stated Brett Wheatley, executive director, Ford Customer Service Division, North America. “Not only is he a faithful Ford customer– owning multiple Ford vehicles– Dwayne embodies the qualities of the Ford Service brand. He aims to be the hardest worker in the room, being a leader, building and preserving trust and most importantly, quality service. We could ask for a more fitting representative.”
The brand-new campaign covers TV, radio and digital, consisting of Johnson’s social channels that have over 140 million fans engaged. The campaign has clear messaging and effective imagery caught throughout a number of locations within Ford’s Dearborn campus. Seven Bucks Productions and Seven Bucks Digital Studios is recommending on the innovative, with GTB, as well as producing original content for the project. For the shoot, Johnson traveled to a chamber that tests severe cold weather conditions, to the design studio, to the factory floor and, obviously, to the service department of the automaker’s dealership.
