Ford May 2017 Sales Reaches 23,503 Vehicles In India

Ford India carried its growth in May with a stable increase in combined domestic wholesales and exports to 23,503 vehicles from 17,279 vehicles in May 2016.

May domestic wholesales are at 6,742 vehicles, increase from 5,780 units, while exports increased to 16,761 vehicles from 11,499 units in May 2016.

“Midst uncertainties triggered in the wake of the final notice on GST, Ford has continued to grow faster than the industry,” stated Anurag Mehrotra, Ford India’s recently appointed Managing Director. “We remain committed to developing a sustainable and profitable business in India by delivering on our 4 tactical pillars of Strong Brand, Right Products, Competitive Cost and Effective Scale.”
