In case you have not noticed, September 2014 marked the very first time ever that a Lamborghini Huracan had to meet an ill fate. The crash took place on the M7 highway in Hungary. Back then, however, not much was known regarding the incident, only that there was no other vehicle involved in it. Now, however, a video footage has come up on the web. It is believed that the footage has come from the Hungarian police department itself.
It turns out that the footage is actually a recording made onboard the vehicle. The video was recorded by the couple that was riding in the ill-fated vehicle. It seemed as if the driver was too excited about testing just how fast really the Italian raging bull would go. So, paying close attention to the video, it can be seen how the man driving the car hits the top speed mark of the vehicle a number of times. By the way, the Lamborghini Huracan is claimed to have a top speed of 334 km/h. Unfortunately, although the couple managed to past the top speed mark of the car for a number of times, the journey did not came to a good end, as can be seen on the adjacent photos of the post-crash condition of the vehicle.
As it turned out, while flooring the gas pedal to the metal, while going at the speed of 310 km/h, the driver happened to come across a change on the road surface. As a result, he happened to lose both the traction and control of the vehicle. He then crashed the Italian exotic sports car to the left barrier installed on the road, before then hitting the right one as well. Not long afterwards, the vehicle was ditched on the side of the highway where the couple was traveling so fast before, perhaps too fast.
Amazingly enough, both the driver and passenger inside the Lamborghini Huracan managed to survive the crash. They even made it out of the vehicle before it finally burnt up. Needless to say, though, they now both suffer from very severe injuries.
