In spite of its rather unexciting design for a sports car, the MX-5 from Mazda has always been the favorite car of some people out there. Now, with the latest generation model to hit the market imminently, there are more and more interesting things going on about the car, it seems. As per the latest reports, the Japanese company is prepping some accessories for the vehicle. The company plans to bring these accessories to the upcoming Chicago Auto Show event and it has also released an official teaser image.
It is very likely that the vehicle will come with a number of personalization options for keen buyers of the compact sports car from Japan. For one, those who spend their hard earned cash on this roadster in particular can expect to get a rear spoiler to be attached onto the trunk of their MX-5. Needless to say, the spoiler will not be the only personalization option for buyers of the car to avail. Instead, they can also get a set of BBS wheels painted in black, among other stuffs.
If the recent reports are to be believed, the Japanese automaker will also be taking advantage of the upcoming auto expo in Chicago to show off its merchandise design concepts. These latter ones will be coming from the company’s Heritage Collection series. Unfortunately, details are kind of scarce as of the moment. Yet, according to the automaker from Japan, it will be offering three apparel collections. The company also points out that all these three apparel collections will be inspired by the key themes that the company has been using for all these years, at the past, during the present and what the company is going to use in the upcoming future. Well, it seems like the Japanese automaker really has some interesting stuffs to show off when this year’s Chicago Auto Show event kicks off.
