Fans of the Gran Turismo car racing game franchise may well rejoice for they now have another addition to the cars they can collect in the Gran Turismo 6. This time, their new car to collect will be coming from a Japan-based car manufacturer, Mazda. The company in question has now officially unleashed the LM55 Vision GranTurismo for the aforementioned racing title. Although the concept vehicle model is designed for gaming use, one thing is clear. The car surely looks attractive and it will be very nice if the Japanese automaker makes it into reality.
According to Mazda, the design that is featured on the aforementioned virtual vehicle model attempts to blend the element of elegance with agility, which can very well be seen on the dynamic silhouette of the vehicle. The design is the result of work put in by the Mazda Design team.
As with most other cars recently manufactured by Mazda, the LM55 Vision GranTurismo also gets its styling cues from the company’s KODO design language. This is clearly visible on the front fascia of the concept car. Overall, the stance of the car is meant to pay homage to the company’s once famous 787B. Just for information, the 787B got its fame by winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans event which was organized back in the year 1991.
In order to get access to the Mazda LM55 Vision GranTurismo concept car, players of the Gran Turismo 6 will first be required to complete installation of a Holiday Season Update. Of course, like always, this update will be handed out to all players of the Gran Turismo 6 completely free of charge. With that being said, every single player out there will have an equal chance of gaining access to the car and keep it in their virtual garage.
