MotoGP champ Marc Marquez awarded a custom BMW M6 Coupe

by SpeedLux

BMW has recently presented MotoGP champion Marc Marquez with a brand new M6 Coupe.

The 20-year old Marc has been among the best performers in the MotoGP and no wonder he also deserves among the best as gifts for his feats. The one-off model presented to him comes with a Frozen Black exterior with matching matte black 20-inch light alloy wheels.

The bespoke styling carries over to the cabin as we can see that the interiors come equipped with Merino Sakhir Orange leather upholstery and carbon fiber trim. Other highlights of the cabin include M multifunction seats, GPS navigation and a head up display.

Talking about the motivation, the power comes from a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine that can generate an output of 560 HP (412 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque. It is further well mated to a seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission and this setup enables the coupe to achieve the 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) in time of just 4.2 seconds.

Surely this will motivate Marc to perform even better and who knows there may be yet another surprise on his way waiting for him to take it!
