The brand-new Aston Martin, which will be the most costly road vehicle in British history, is two times oversubscribed prior to public unveiling.

The ‘hypercar’ has been made by Aston Martin and the Red Bull racing team, and will be as quickl as Formula One automobile.

The car, which will sell for ₤ 2.5 million ($3.63 million), was revealed to consumers in Monaco this past weekend as per The Financial Times. And the interest was double the 100 the company plan to make.

The task, codenamed 001 with agreement to the company’s links to the James Bond franchise, saw the car taken to a secret display room.

The automaker will start picking up deposits – which the FT anticipate will be about ₤ 250,000 ($362,000) – next month, and the first designs will be made in Gaydon and available by the end of 2018.
