Citroen DS3 Red Editions announced for the UK

Very recently the French manufacturer, Citroen, just pulled the wraps off its latest creation their DS3 Red special editions- DS3 DStyle Red and DS3 DSport Red, in the United Kingdom.

The red editions will be available in Polar White or Perla Nera Black, the special editions are distinguished by unique alloy wheels and “Sport Red” accents on the roof, mirrors and grille, while the 17-inch rims are painted to match the body. The red theme has been carried over to the interior as there are many colorful accents on the dashboard and door panels. The car features Citroen Connect Signature pack, which include, premium audio system and Bluetooth/USB connectivity as well as additional speakers for the standard stereo system, while the DSport Red adds a front armrest and interior mood lighting, rain-sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, electrically folding door mirrors and much more.

Under the hood it houses, for DStyle Red- a VTi 120 petrol engine or an e-HDi 90 diesel engine. And for DSport Red- a THP 155 petrol engine or an e-HDi 115 diesel engine.

The petrol costs from £15,655, while the diesel starts at £200 more. For the higher-powered versions of the two engines, a DS3 THP 155 starts at £17,780, while the diesel, which gets 115 hp and a six-speed gearbox starts at £18,060.
