Spy Photos: 2012 BMW M5

by Andrew Randall

Here we got some other spy photos with a car built by BMW but this time we won’t talk any longer about the 2011 BMW 6 Series. This time, we got some spy shots with the 2012 BMW M5 which is also as hunted as the 2011 BMW 6 Series but in the past time, we can say that it took a break because there weren’t release any other spy photos or even spy videos as they were release in the past.

If you’re a BMW fan, you probably already know that the 2012 BMW M5 will have under the hood an updated version of the engine found under the hood of the BMW X5 M and the BMW X6 M namely the 4.4 liter V8 engine which is able to develop up to 578hp and also a maximum torque of 530 lb-ft. That engine makes this car able to reach 62mph in just 4.4 seconds which is a really short time for such a big car as this 2012 BMW M5.

Comparing this 2012 BMW M5 to the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG, the BMW product is able to develop 60hp in plus and comparing it to the new Audi RS5, they have a similar output.
