The 2011 BMW 5-Series Touring

by Alex

The 5-Series Grand Touring may not appeal to everyone out there with its looks. It isn’t a grand looker by any means but then there isn’t much to complain of as far as the vehicle’s all-round competence is concerned. In comparison, the 5-Series Touring can be considered a better looking car though the 5-Series Grand Touring can do all that the 5-Series Touring is able to or has to offer. But Americans only have the 5 GT to be contend with while the choice for the rest of the world is definitely better.

However, it isn’t something that can be termed anything new for Station Wagons have been known for its scorn by consumers in America. Maybe its because of the word ‘Station’ or ‘Wagon’ or perhaps both. But if the same station wagon is modified or tuned to some other guise like make them stand a few inches tall and replace the term ‘station wagon’ with a ‘crossover’ and watch them being picked up like hot cakes by the same consumer.

So to all the forlorn luxury wagon lovers out there, here’s something that many might have missed out on. The GT has all the good things of the upgraded version of the 2011 5 Series. It also has the added feature of an extended cargo area. But if you still make up to purchase one of this instead of the 5 GT, blame your neighbor since you are likely to be the only one in your block who is likely to be doing it.
