Art and the Aston have been having quite a few common meeting grounds in the past. Aston has now also jumped into the racing bandwagon and with equal success as they did with the artistic overtures. Two of the most important races of the year, the Nurburgring 24 and Spa 24 hours had the GT4 racecars from Aston participating and coming out with winning colors. They have now started to fuse race cars deigns into their road going cars as well. The V12 Vantage, a top of the line product has the power house of the larger DB9 installed in it. There are however those who find a lapse between the V12 model and the base V8.

The V8 Vantage S would be introduced in the summer of 2011. This would bring in some extended profit for Aston Martin as well as keep their customers happy. The iconic sports car would get increased engine performance as well as the same in transmissions, chassis and aerodynamics.

Dr. Ulrich Bez, CEO of Aston Martin said, “The Vantage S epitomizes every attribute of the V-8 Vantage and pushes the driver experience beyond what we have offered before.”

In the meantime, Aston Martin have also officially launched some photographs of the Vantage S.
