Acura will unveil its new version of crossover vehicle – the MDX.
The new MDX has smoother and more arching body lines, which result in a more beautiful but still highly functional design.
The new MDX maintains Acura’s traditional grille and headlight though; things that need changing most of all. But the bumpers, side panels, and profile of the car is heavily revised. It looks chiseled and sculpted. It’s a concept after all. Let’s hope they keep all the good stuff in the production version. And also let’s hope they apply the new philosophy to their other products as well.
The MDX is expected to use a 3.5-liter V6 engine that develops 310 bhp (231 kW) and 272 lb-ft (368 Nm) of torque. There could also be a hybrid variant which has the aforementioned V6 engine and three electric motors for a combined output of 370 hp (276 kW).
