The 2014 Peugeot 308 has been out secretly, this time without the black portion at the front end.
It is likely to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show this September or in March 2014 during the Geneva Motor Show.
The French solid hatchback is expected to grow in size as it will be both longer and wider than the current model.
It will execute Peugeot‘s recent design system seen on the smaller 208.
Engine specifications are not out yet, but it would be prudent to say the next generation of the 308 will be available with several frugal four-cylinder gasoline and diesel engines, with power varying from 90 (67 kW) to 160 hp (119 kW). Peugeot will also launch a top of the line 308 GTi which could offer around 200 hp (149 kW).
The next-gen 308 will be available not only as a five-door hatchback, but also as a three-door coupe, an estate and as a convertible.
Not much information has been revealed about the car performance and the features to begin with, but as days pass by and as soon as the
motor show begins we can get hold of the information then and there itself.
Till then it would be wait and watch policy for us and browsing the picture gallery is the only option.
