Rolls-Royce has recently hinted that a Wraith Drophead Coupe was in the pipeline and so Theophilus Chin has come up with a rendering of what the model could look like.
After being announced by the CEO Torsten Muller-Otvos of RR, the model has received a rendering which could give an idea of what it may look like. Closely matching the coupe, the Wraith Drophead has a familiar design but eschews the hardtop for a conventional fabric roof. However the same can’t be seen in the rendering, but it would not be very surprising if the production model were to be offered with the optional teak decking that has become a hallmark of the larger Phantom Drophead Coupe.
As of now nothing has been officially confirmed but the model may come equipped with a 6.6-liter V12 engine that would produce 632 HP (465 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. This would enable the coupe to achieve the 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) sprint in 4.6 seconds and so we can expect the convertible to be a few ticks slower.
Nothing is confirmed but there are speculations that suggest that the Wraith Drophead Coupe could arrive in a couple of years.
