2016 Porsche Panamera mule spied for the first time

by SpeedLux

Porsche had recently revealed a facelifted Panamera but that does not mean that the company has stopped working on the next-generation model. This new model which has been caught on the lens undergoing testing on the tracks of Nürburgring is the 2016 Panamera mule that are conducting chassis tests to ensure the new platform is up to snuff.

Not much detail is available as of now about the redesigned model but there have been reports previously that indicate that it will have a more attractive appearance which is heavily influenced by the Panamera Sport Turismo concept.

The car is also slated to ride on the new MSB platform (modular standard architecture) that will be shared with other models like Bentley and possibly Lamborghini. Thanks to its steel and aluminum structure, the platform could enable the Panamera to be lighter and around weigh 200 lbs (91 kg) less than its predecessor.

Well as of now the details are limited and nothing could be confirmed as of now about the 2016 Panamera mule. So we will have to wait to know if the details mentioned are correct and also wait for further details to be revealed.
