Aston Martin Announces One-Make GT3 Cup

Aston Martin has shown that it is keen on improvising Motorsport activities by launching a new one-make Aston Martin GT3 Cup which is the racing series for the Vantage GT3 and DBRS9 model owners. The GT3 Cup is an invitational category running corresponding to the Aston Martin GT4 Challenge of United Kingdom.

Aston Martin has set their own rules and regulations for this series and why not; since this is the celebration of centenary year of the brand. Therefore, as per their rules, each race should be either of 100 minute duration or 100 laps.

The series will start on April 6, 2013 at Silverstone and will move on to Donington Park on June 1 and further to Brands Hatch on July 7, 2013. As of now, Aston Martin has not yet declared of any intention of expanding the GT3 Cup outside of UK.
