2015 Aston Martin Lagonda

Aston Martin Lagonda has released verification prototypes. It was shifted to Oman by Oman air. It is currently in the testing process in Oman. This car has been created exclusively for driving in the Middle East. This prototype is supposed to cover 14,000 miles in the next four weeks in Oman and then it will be sent back to UK for further tests. It will have a V12 6.0 litre engine.

Price of the model has not yet been disclosed. It won’t be cheaper anyways as Aston Martin cars are known for their beyond expectation performance and hence will meet only a specific market demand.

Delivery of the model is expected to be in the first part of next year and the production is limited to less than 100 units. The model will be available to customer based on invitation. Unlike the earlier four wheel drive this model is like a sedan. The body is made of carbon fibre and Ralpide VH’s platform has been used. The 8 speed automatic gear box will let the sedan reach 62mph in 4.2 seconds.

The official images are released. The car will hold the Lagonda name plate as a tribute to the previous Lagonda models.
