Aston Martin has announced that the new four door Rapide is priced from £139,950 ($231,100) in the UK.
The Rapide will be hand-built at the new Aston Martin Rapide Plant in Graz, Austria. Each Rapide will take approximately 220 man hours to build and first year production will be around 2000 units.
Under the hood is a 6.0-liter V12 engine that produces 470 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) is around 5.1 seconds, and the top speed is 188 mph (302 km/h).
This four door sports car features an impressive level of standard specification including: Bang & Olufsen Beosound audio system tailored specifically for Rapide, heated memory seats, dual cast brakes and Adaptive Damping System.
The Rapide is now available to order, with first deliveries starting in the second quarter of 2010.
