About a week ago we reported that Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport might come with more power, based on the CEO of Bugatti, Wolfgang Dürheimer statement.
Today we can see the result of their work because the supercar of supercars, the Bugatti Veyron is up for a new model and spy photographers were there during testing in order to take some shots for you. Wolfgang Dürheimer said then that a more powerful version of the Grand Sport could be possible, but we guess he didn’t expect us to prove that with photos so quick.
“1,200 horsepower is too much, but more than 1,001 is absolutely possible.”
We’re talking about the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Super Sport. As you might know, the Grand Sport is the roadster version of the Veyron, and the Super Sport is the climax of the Veyron with its monstrous 1200 horsepower. For the first time, the team behind Bugatti, with Wolfgang Durheimer at the top, has combined those two models into a Veyron Grand Sport Super Sport as these photos show.
Beside this, not only do they show this new model, but it’s also almost totally uncamoflaged, except just some smaller parts on the front bumper are covered up. As we can see the NACA air ducs that usually are on the Super Sport model have been changed for the normal Grand Sport air intakes due to the fact that the NACA air ducs will not work with the roof removed.
Price: will exceed with much the $2,000,000 limit.
