Carlsson Brings New Details About Their Mercedes SLS AMG Body Kit

by Ionut Dragomir

It’s been a while since Carlsson’s customers have been waiting for them to releases a package for the Mercedes SLS. Well, there’s still no body kit available, but they’ve done some good things to it.

The German tuner has just revealed the details of its latest project, which is set to make its official public debut at the upcoming Frankfurt Auto Show this September.

Carlsson’s kit for Mercedes SLS can apply to both the hard top and the roadster version and includes a lightweight aluminium coilover suspension with Littronic technology which raises both axles by up to 40 mm at the push of a button. The Carlsson Mercedes SLS AMG, thanks to this new suspension, now can easily get over speed bumps, underground park exists or rough level crossings, eliminating the danger of damaging the car’s front apron or under-body, because this new suspention will automatically lower itself once the car reaches 80 km/h. Pricing for this suspention was set at EUR8,398

Also, for an additional 8,067 Euro the Carlsson Mercedes SLS AMG can get fitted with Carlsson’s 10-spoke lightweight alloys available in 20 and 21-inch size which contribute to both the killer look and the car’s dynamic.

In addition to all these, if you want your car fully improved, the interior highlights include a various number of accessories, meaning the SLS AMG can receive the finest leather upholstery for the seats, headrests, dashboard, the centre console, armrest, door trim panels and door handles for an extra EUR9,680.
