The British automaker, Land Rover, has decided to show the public an official teaser image of its upcoming Range Rover Evoque model, which will supposedly be a facelift. It is reported that the car will take one of the stages at the Geneva Motor Show event that is scheduled to take place March this year.
Based on the official teaser image, the Range Rover Evoque facelift will be coming with an entirely new set of adaptive LED headlamps. These headlamps will provide the car with not only superior lighting under dimly or even poorly lit conditions but the lights will also follow the curves that exist on the roads.
In addition to the adaptive LED headlamps, the revised crossover for the 2015 model year will reportedly be treated with overhauled 4-cylinder engine from the Ingenium engine family as well. Customers will most likely be able to choose either diesel or petrol engine, originating from the British company’s Land Rover Discovery Sport and the Jaguar XE vehicle lineups. Regardless of the engine that customers choose, they will most likely get a turbocharger as a standard feature.
Speaking of the 2015 Range Rover Evoque mentioned earlier, the car was actually caught on camera around a month ago. Back then, the car was spotted undergoing some factory tests. Also, when it comes to the Range Rover Evoque, there are also quite a few rumors suggesting that the British automaker will introduce an open top variant of the vehicle, the Range Rover Evoque Cabrio. Rumor has it this open top variant will feature a retractable canvas/vinyl roof. Also, the car is going to feature a spoiler at its rear fascia.
Some other rumors are also swirling around the World Wide Web pages indicating that the Special Vehicle Operations division of the British automaker is actually prepping another variant of the Range Rover Evoque. It is said that this one will offer high performance and that it will bear the SVR moniker.
