For Germany and France, PSA acquisition of Opel is win-win situation
Germany and France consider that a proposed acquisition of General Motors’ Opel by PSA Group is going to be a win-win situation for both countries, their labor ministers stated.
Andrea Nahles and Myriam El Khomri held talks in Berlin regarding the proposed takeover.
PSA stated earlier the deal would develop a European champion with Franco-German roots.
