Electric Assisted Vehicles Limited (EAV), the Oxford-based sustainable zero-emissions transport manufacturers, has confirmed that a significant order of 200 EAV2Cubed has been placed by LaundryHeap which is set to be delivered during the back part of 2021 and throughout 2022.

LaundryHeap was founded by Deyan Dimitrov in 2014. It offers direct-to-door laundry and dry-cleaning services to consumer and business customers, including many city-based major brands.

The platform enables users to have their laundry collected, washed, ironed, and returned to them in a guaranteed turnaround time of 24 hours.

The business is seeing rapid growth in recent times, partly driven by their pandemic offering of a ‘virus wash’ which has carried on into the post-pandemic urban businesses, as well as their focus on green cleaning techniques.

LaundryHeap is aiming on creating a high sustainability supply chain and also deploy low-carbon transport with the EAV2Cubed.

Operating in Europe, the USA, Asia, and the Middle East, the company will be deploying the EAV2Cubeds throughout their worldwide locations.
